Eagles fly overhead and seals visit the waters in front of the home daily, and if you’re lucky you’ll spot a small pod of Orcas swimming through to find a meal or an otter sun bathing on the floating dock.

For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

The home offers 120 feet of private beach! You will need to walk the stairs to get to the beach, we are on a medium to high bank.

Expansive views of Mt Rainier are a feature of the Oberon Property, along with a very secluded waterfront access for launching your kayak or beach combing. Boaters and sailors can make use of the private mooring buoy as well.
