Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. L'edificio è ubicato sulla cima di una collina dalla quale si gode di una ampia vista a 360 sul paesaggio circostante, punteggiato da vigneti e borghi medievali.
