Enjoy the beautiful views from this comfortable family home located in the peaceful village of Alex, ideally placed between the medieval town of Annecy, Lake Annecy and the Aravis Mountains. Lounge out on the terrace and soak up the sunshine or enjoy a day on the mountain and curl up in front of the fire with a good book. The area offers many activities: lake swimming, hiking, cycling, parapenting, canyoning, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing, snow shoeing and sight seeing etc.

À 800 m d’altitude, au pied du plateau du Parmelan, il se situe entre le lac d’Annecy (15 min) et les pistes des Aravis (30 min). Vous disposez de 2 chambres, avec chacune 1 lit en 160 . Une salle de douche avec WC. Un petit jardin avec terrasse extérieure est à votre disposition pour prendre vos repas. Nous avons aussi un parking à disposition. Le cadre est très calme et relaxant.

The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.
