Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

If nature, wine, strolls in the vineyards, birds chirping in the background, is what you like, then you found your sanctuary. Corte Odorico consists of 2 holidays flats, our family house and a tiny winery. The flats were designed for guests to feel part of our family tradition, but with the privacy of a flat. The estate is home to our family winery, the Corte Odorico clan is more than happy to accommodate tastings of our Valpolicella Classica wines to really connect with the terroir.

Dal giardino e dalle grandi vetrate della nostra villetta potrete godervi lo splendido panorama del lago di Garda. Ci troviamo a San Zeno di Montagna, un piccolo paese affacciato sul lago di Garda come un balcone naturale, ad una decina di minuti dalle spiagge del lago e a pochi chilometri di distanza da Verona. L’appartamento si trova a piano terra.

La Casetta.

La nostra famiglia vi accoglierà con gioia nel vecchio fienile accanto alla nostra casa. Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. The apartment is part of the XVII century villa belonging to the family, in which the owners live. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The apartment is 60m2 with King size double bedroom with a balcony, spacious bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and dining table. Common areas are atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection
