This guest cottage sits on a quiet 2.5-acre property, fully separate from the main house. Once a barn, it has been carefully converted into a rustic and peaceful retreat. It’s ideal for travelers looking to unplug from the city and enjoy the beauty of nature. Close to hiking trails, Seven Oaks Mall and Lepp Farm Market with local fresh produce. 15 minute drive to Abbotsford Airport and West Coast Express!

Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.
