Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

U vindt er alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen voor een luxueus verblijf: zonnig terras, airco, snelle wifi, TV met Netflix en een uitgeruste keuken. Gelegen in het historische centrum aan de hippe Sint Paulusplaats, op een steenworp van de Scheldekaaien en Grote Markt, het MAS en de winkelstraten op wandelafstand. Uw bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping en deze is bereikbaar via een originele trap uit 1802.

Rustige kunstenaarsplek om te vertoeven met de Schelde om de hoek. Ideaal wanneer je een weekendje Antwerpen wilt bezoeken! Er is een tuin georiënteerd op het zuiden met een groot terras waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten. Er is een ruime badkamer met douche en ligbad. Een grote keuken met veel licht. Een gezellige living. Een zolderkamer onder de sterren en een meditatieruimte. Opgelet: de toegang tot de slaapruimte op zolder is via een trapje dat enige fitheid vraagt, zie bijgevoegde foto.

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. De woonruimte is landelijk/Scandinavisch met gezellige Pelletkachel. Slapen kan in de botanische slaapkamer of barok slaapkamer. Extra ontspanning kan in de infraroodsauna. Het duplex app is rustig gelegen. Op wandelafstand ( 2 min) van de bus en op 5 min van de tramhalte (antwerpen).
