The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

The cottage is a compact but comfortable living space, with a well equipped kitchenette, and a covered carport for parking. Natures Place is situated in an indigenous garden filled with plants attracting over 100 recorded bird species, and is a haven for other small wildlife. Hence its name, “Natures Place”. Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
