Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. Najbliži restorani i marketi su na 5-10 min pješice, najljepše plaže 10 min, a centar 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more, kroz borovu šumu. Plaže su skrivene u malim uvalama , natkrivene velikim borovim stablima koje daju mir, privatnost i sjenu u vrućim ljetnim danima, .

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

Holiday home "Olive" is a lovely villa in a traditional village near Tučepi, on the slopes of Mount Biokovo with a terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the islands of Brač and Hvar. It is ideal for a peaceful family holiday in nature, only a short drive from the incredible beaches of Makarska Riviera. House is renovated in a traditional Dalmatian style with a lot of care for details. "Olive" is air-conditioned, has wifi, barbecue, parking space, SAT/TV and it is pet-friendly.

Preporuka je korištenje automobila za do grada, plaže,trgovine.Plaža : 1-1,5km, trgovina : 1,5km-2km, benzinska stanica: 400m, centar grada Makarske cca 3km. Moguće je pješice.

The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. Dobrodošli! Apartmani Gabrijela nalaze se u obiteljskoj kući smještenoj posred uvale imenom Čaklje. Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

U mirnom dijelu Tučepi, na nekoliko koraka od plaže Kamena i 100 metara od plaže Dračevac, Apartmani Estera su novo renovirani i potpuno opremljeni apartmani s privatnim parking mjestom, brzim Wi-Fi-jem i klima uređajem. Apartmani imaju potpuno opremljene kuhinje s hladnjakom i aparatom za kavu, TV i privatne kupaonice s tuš kabinom. Apartman ima balkon s pogledom na Jadransko more i planinu Biokovo.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our apartment is enjoying a quiet location, just a few minutes walk from center of Makarska and the main beach.A supermarket, bakery and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk away from the apartment. We will gladly provide you with all useful information regarding your stay as well as pick you up from the bus station upon arrival. Parking&WIFI is available & FREE OF CHARGE .

Old Dalmatian House "IVAN"

In house is included 3 floors . In ground floor there is dining room and kitchen in one, on first floor there is bedroom with bathroom and on the second floor there is a living room with a bathroom which can also be a bedroom for two people. From the parking place there are stairs to the house. Around house there is a huge great space for relaxation.
