Naš novi apartman Carmen**** se nalazi u Splitu na predjelu grada Žnjan i udaljen je samo 150 metara od mora i 3.5 km od centra grada. Apartman se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje, blagavaonice, dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice, wc-a i balkona s otvorenim pogledom na more, od čega su dnevni boravak i sobe klimatizirane. Smješten je na 1. katu male stambene zgrade opremljene liftom i parkirnim mjestom u garaži. U blizini se nalaze marketi, caffe bar i pizzeria koji su udaljeni 50 metara od stana.

Welcome to our lovely 3-star rated apartments directly at the adriatic sea! The apartmenthouse is located next to the beach and has a direct access to the sea. Provided with a great panoramic view, you can overlook the whole beach. The sea is clear and refreshing and we offer sunbeds and sunumbrellas for our guests on the beach. It's an ideal place for relaxation, swimming and enjoying your vacation. The Apartment is 38 sqm large, suitable for 2 persons with 1 child.

The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

There is beautiful house in small place Podstrana near Split( 9 km) It is situated behind poplular hotel Le Meridien,5 minutes to the beach(shortcut without crossing the road ,only with stairs.The exit to the beach is through the tunnel below the main road).Apartment is renovated (2019.)Apartment consist 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom,living room with sofa bed,kitchen and dinning room.There is balcony with a beatiful view .
