Villa Pag Sea View is bordered by an old oak forest and sits at the base of Sveti Vid, the highest peak on the island with 348 m above sea level. A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.

Potpuno nova kuća udaljena svega 100m od mora s grijanim bazenom. Kuća je sagrađena 2022.g. te se nalazi u malom i mirnom mjestu Potočnica, na najljepšem dijelu otoka Paga. Iz kuće se pruža prekrasan pogled na kristalno čisto more. Susjedstvo je vrlo mirno i okruženo zelenilom. Kuća je uređena minimalistički i moderno sa svim potrebnim sadržajem za ugodan odmor.
