Nema buke.Zrak je čist kao i more, plaze su divlje i na nekima nema nikoga, nema svjetlosnog zagađenja.Kada puše bura mozete uzivati u pogledu na zatvorenoj terasi Udaljenost od centra i dućana 7km,potreban je auto, bicikl, romobil.Kuća je u fazi renovacije ali Apartman 1 jepotpuno renoviran Dočekat ce Vas namješteni kreveti i ručnici,sapun, zamjenska posteljina *Nisu dopušteni glasni eventi i zabave

Beach house Jakov with two apartments

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. Whole house is best option for families who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

The 2018 build Villa Pag Sea View is a 2 storey semi-detached house, located about 6 km away from the historic city of Pag on the island of Pag, that can be reached taking the scenic coastal road. Villa Pag Sea View is bordered by an old oak forest and sits at the base of Sveti Vid, the highest peak on the island with 348 m above sea level. A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.
