In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle guesthouse (Bellezelles genaamd), gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Ellezelles. Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van mei/juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We heten je graag welkom in ons volledig nieuw ingericht vakantiehuisje. Onze rijwoning heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en een knusse living met o.a. een oled-tv. Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan hier heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

Water is a cozy holiday home located on the Scheldt dike in the Weert nature reserve. The Scheldt Valley is recognized as National Park of Flanders. It is the perfect place for walking and cycling. There are nice restaurants and cafes. It is also the perfect base to visit the historic cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Mechelen. The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.

Dit historisch waardevol boerderijtje met rieten dak, in het gehucht Korsele in het hart van de Vlaamse Ardennen, vormt de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke wandelingen en om van de cultuur te genieten in Gent en Oudenaarde. Koken kan op een AGA. In de zomer kan je zitten in de tuin. Een druivelaar siert de schuur en geeft schaduw aan het terras. Het is er heerlijk wakker worden bij het loeien van de koeien. Er is plaats voor 3-5 gasten. Prijs op aanvraag.
