Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Ovo je stan u prizemlju od 34 kvadrata, jako sunčan, pun svjetlosti i jako topao zimi. Posjeduje jedan balkončić i vrata sa pogledom na zelenilo u dvorištu...Svega je 5 minuta od mora i strogog centra..Svi sadržaji su u blizini. Opreman je sa puno ljubavi i želje da se svako u njemu prijatno osjeća. Ima jednu veću spavaću sobu koja ima balkon . Kuhinja je velika i dobro opremljena i nadovezuje se na trpezariju.. Izjutra sunce ulazi u spavaću sobu a u kuhinju i trpezariju popodne sve do zalaska.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.
