On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to the kitchen with a large table (12 seats). The kitchen has a tiled stove with an oven, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave oven with a grill, a fridge with a freezer, an espresso machine (15 bar), a toaster, a dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom with a shower corner and a sink, as well as a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.

Apartment is in a quiet area of Brezno, great for skiing (just 10 minutes by car from SKI Mýto, 15 minutes from SKI-Tále, 20 minutes Chopok - Jasná juh) or just for hiking.
