Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Our lovely apartment is located close to the center of Kissamos.Just a few steps away is the main square where you can find grocery stores,rental cars and the regional bus station.On the seaside you can find traditional Cretan restaurants,fish taverns and cafes.The closest beach is just a few minutes walking,famous destinations like Falasarna,Βalos,Elafonisi are easy to reach both by car or bus.Whatever other activities you have in mind(hikes,festivals)we are more than happy to inform you .

Located in the Kissamos area 1.5 km from the beach, Villa Sunny is a traditional, air-conditioned self-catered villa with a furnished veranda , BBQ facilities and a sun terrace. Towels, bed linen and a safe are provided .The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster ,oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a kettle. There is a dining area a living room and a flat- screen satellite TV. The private bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer a washing machine and free toiletries.

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.
