The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Geeignet auch für Aktiv-Urlauber*innen, Radler*innen und besonders Familien mit Kindern. Alles ist da :-)

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
