Jedinstven i centralno smješten apartman nalazi se u kamenoj kući sagrađenoj 1905. godine i potpuno renoviranoj 2018. Kuća je idealno locirana na relaciji između stare gradske jezgre s Dioklecijanovom palačom i najpoznatije gradske plaže Bačvice, tako da do svake od ovih atrakcija možete stići za 5 minuta pješice. Trajektna luka te željeznički i autobusni kolodvor udaljeni su manje od 10 min pješice. Unatoč centralnoj lokaciji - tiho je i mirno, jer je kuća udaljena od ceste i gradske vreve.
