Newly furnished luxury apartment in a house by the sea. The property is located approximately ten meters from the sea. Guests have complete privacy, but if they wish to be on the public pebble beach, it is about 30 meters away. As part of the regular service, guests receive two beach loungers and an umbrella. Apartment has own private jacuzzi. Parking is free and located on the property. Guests can also use the grill. Closest shops are in the town of Rogoznica, about two kilometers away.

This two bedroom apartment has it's own shower with in each bedroom and additional, small one in the hallway. Living room is spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. This villa also offers indoor garage, outside parking area and elevator. Free Wi-fi access is included. Our guests also have private lounge with sunbeds and umbrella's at the beach.
