House Jardin is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill. In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.
