I am pleased to offer you to stay at a nice and cozy studio in the top center of Sofia, just 2 minutes away from the main street Vitosha and the National Palace of Culture. The actual location is given on map. IMPORTANT: In general, check-in is set earliest at 2pm and check-out at 12pm. This does not necessarily need to be strict, it depends on guests before and after you and of course, on my daily program. In this sense, please do ask, if you need anything. I am here to make your stay better :)

Welcome to this brand new,two-story townhouse in the heart of the city with a nice view of the Roman ruins. It's located in a multicultural area,full of life,with numerous restaurants,cafes and bakeries. You can enjoy the beautiful mornings with a cup of coffee on the patio in the shared garden. The area is one of the most concentrated with historical landmarks in the city. All major sights are within a walking distance. Very convenient public transport (Metro station "Serdica" and Tram station)

Alexandra's City Center Apartment II

Alexandra's II is a newly furnished two-bedroom apartment for a maximum of 4 guests in the City Center of Sofia. It is situated within a minute's walk from a metro station, bus and trams. Apartment is close to Vitosha blvd. (main shopping street), supermarkets, small shops, as well as trendy restaurants and pubs. The area is really quiet but close to everything. Within a walking distance are Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Ancient Serdika Complex, National Palace of Culture, National Theatre, etc.

The apt is situated in the very ART centre of Sofia where KvARTal event is held. The main attraction of Sofia "Alexander Nevski" cathedral is 10 minutes away by foot as well as the main walking street "Vitosha" and the Opera House. There is a plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars and unique designed graffiti around the apt. "Serdika" station, which is the main underground station, is located within less than 7 minutes walk and provides direct link to Sofia's Airport, Train and Bus stations.

Sofia Therme

Sofia is a city with warm thermal springs back from the Roman empire times. This apartment is located on top of the old Roman town ruins - right in the middle of the current modern top center. My apartment is at short walking distance to the main shopping street and all the central landmarks as well as to nice spa centers and modern shopping centers. It is a place that recall these old times by interior design, but also a place full of modern hi-tech appliances that will give you comfort.

COURTHOUSE #2 - Sveta Sofia 10 *TOP CENTER*

A nice and well planed studio in 110 years old building, where the most popular Russian opera singer Shalyapin had his "afterparty" in the early 30ies. Located in a very center, only 10 meters from the Courthouse and 40 meters from the Vitosha blv and St. Nedelya church. This area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and etc. The studio is really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s life.

From here you will reach any point on the central street within 3 to 10 minutes (Sumi Square-Hristo Botev Square). There is a big supermarket and small shops nearby. Parking is free, on the street in front of the block. The apartment is perfect both for a family trip and for leisure or remote work. Upon prior request, we can provide a baby cot.
