Budova byla poprvé zmíněna v roce 1370 a okolo roku 1660 ji pak dal její majitel, krumlovský radní Straninger, přestavět v barokním slohu. Můžete si vybrat z autenticky zařízených pokojů, z nichž některé mají původní dřevěné vyřezávané stropy.
