Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Schrijvershuisje/ vakantiehuisje 'Little Hemingway' is ideaal voor de luie leesvakantie. Ons huisje heeft genoeg boeken in de kast staan! Ook is er gelegenheid tot schrijven. Wie dit allemaal niet wil, geniet van de rust, de zee en de duinen in ons pittoreske Egmond. Ons huisje is klein maar erg warm en gezellig, en heeft een dito slaapzolder. Drie minuten lopen van het strand. N.b. : van 1 juli tot 1 september is het huisje uitsluitend per week te reserveren, van zaterdag tot vrij/zat.

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Fijn huisje met eigen toegang en schuifpui, terrasje met meubilair. Compleet ingerichte keuken met oventje. Houtkachel, hoek zitbank en smart TV. Vaste vlizotrap naar boven (vide). Sta hoogte boven is 1.30cm! Tweepersoons bed 1.80x2.20cm. Regendouche/toilet. Niet geschikt voor kinderen. Geen huisdieren. Roken is niet toegestaan.

Wees welkom in ons nieuwe vakantiehuisje, prachtig gelegen in Schoorl! Dit huisje is gebouwd voor rust en privacy. Geniet van de fijne ruimtes met het vele licht. Vanuit de woonkamer loop je zo de ruime tuin in, exclusief voor jou. In de complete, stijvolle keuken kan je naar hartenlust koken. Ook de badkamer is een fijne beleving, met veel ruimte en sfeer. Vanuit ons huisje fiets je zo naar bos, duin of strand. Maar ook Bergen en Alkmaar zijn vlakbij.

Lovely private cottage with spectacular views very near Amsterdam and the famous historic Zaansche Schans. The cottage is situated in the typical historic village Jisp and overlooks a nature reserve. Discover the typical landscape and villages by bike, sup, in the hot tub or kayak (kayak is including). For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.
