More a museum then apartment. It is located in the wider city center, contains one room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, air conditioning and Smart TV. Parking in front of the building is free. The price includes champagne / wine as a welcome gift. The landlord speaks English and Croatian. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is luxurious and comfortable.

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
