Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Kuća je izgrađena na Omiškoj stijeni prije preko 200 godina, u našem vlasništvu je zadnjih 50 godina, a 2024.g je obnovljena. Kuća je samo nekoliko metara od restorana ,marketa, plaže i kulturnih znamenitosti . Omiš je grad koji ima rijeku, more, planine... i dušu. Osim predivnih plaža, tu su aktivnosti poput raftinga, kanjoninga, zipline…

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
