Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

Brand new apartment in calm romantic area of Arbanasi in Zadar. There is big kitchen connected with living room and nice little yard in front of it. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with two single ones. All rooms are with A/C and floor heating. One large bathroom as well. You can also use the parking spot in front of the house. To enjoy your holiday you can also use a barbecue place in the yard. House is located three and a half minute walking distance from nearest beach.

It has its own car parking place, place for grill and a terrace.. 100 m further are a big shopping centers: Interspar, Decathlon..huge Sport Center,and 5 min driving to Supernova, big shopping center. Cinema and caffe bars, green market and pharmacy is 5 min driving.The closest beach is 5 min driving.The house has a studio for massage with sauna.Sauna is for free.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

Apartment Mikulandra 3 is new and modern apartment situated on the first floor with its own terrace and a spectacular sea view. It has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby locked parking. The terrace on the ground floor has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset this area is known for. The house is set directly on the beach that is used only by our guests.
