Lakehouse can be accessed only by boat. There is big parking on other side of the lake, where you can park and boat is docked. Lakehouse has Electricity, Drinkable water, Fireplace, Barbecue and beautiful view to lake and Ovcar Mountain. Real heaven for family vacation. Vikendica na Medjuvrsju preko puta restorana Lanterna. Smeštaj je okružen zelenilom, pružajući privatnost i duboku povezanost s prirodom. Sa prostrane terase može se uživati u prelepom pogledu na planinu Rudnik. Nalazi se u blizini Gornjeg Milanovca, pa omogućava brz pristup gradskim sadržajima, dok je poznati srpski „Holivud“ na samo nekoliko minuta vožnje. Vikendica Stara Pruga se nalazi u mestu Velereč. Plac se prostire na 25 ari i na njemu se nalaze dve zasebne vikendice sa prelepim vrtom. Dostupan je jedan bazen za korišćenje u sklopu obe vikendice. Najbliža prodavnica udaljena je 2km. Gornji Milanovac je udaljen 4km, Takovo 7km, planina Rudnik 18km, planina Vujan 18km. Vikendica je idealna za porodicu sa malom decom, i veći broj ljudi.

Kačara — Vodeničko Brdo

Kačara je uređena prirodnim materijalima, po principima održivog razvoja, i nalazi se u okviru seoskog domaćinstva, uz domaću hranu i životinje. Nema kuhinju, ali nudimo obroke iz naše ponude koje možete birati po potrebi. Ima TV, Wi-Fi i veliki radni sto za dvoje. Posebno prija popodnevni odmor u uzidanom buretu s pogledom na šumu.

The house is located on an isolated hill, 720m above see level, surrounded with pine tree forests and idyllic view over the mountains. The house is modern in its design and minimal in materials. Large kitchen and dining area are comfortable for spending time together, enjoying good food with beautiful views.

Apartment is located in a beautiful part of town, 800 meters from the city center. Excellent location, excellent restaurant on the ground floor and underground garage. Near the building there is a shop, pharmacy, cake shop and exchange office. You will love terrace with a nice view.
