There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a guesthouse outside by the pool with a futon and a queen sized inflatable mattress. The house is close to Martinez Lake on the lower Colorado river, a boat dock in Martinez Lake is available to use during the stay. There is also boat parking available on the property if that is preferred. ATV & sxs riding friendly
