The Little Green House

Brand new in June 2019, this is a modern, rustic little house on a private, quiet lot surrounded by pine and spruce trees. Beautiful walking trails are close by as are Bean North coffee shop, the Yukon Wildlife Preserve and the Takhini Hot Springs. Great view of the dark sky for northern lights viewing in winter from inside or outside on the large deck, or in the yard at the dedicated fire pit. There is also a large professional recording studio on the property.

September-April Cyclist may be interested in the Carcross Tagish loop. The old growth forest is abundant with life, great trails for exploring!
