Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The barn is 1100ft up on the edge of Peak National Park with complete privacy, far enough away from it all yet within walking distance to two excellent local pubs! What's not to like? This shepherds hut is in a gorgeous rural location. The hut has electricity and hot water, it will be a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is a recently added hot tub, to relax in and soak up the gorgeous view. A fire pit and an outdoor table, plus cooking facilities in the hut. It is in a romantic and peaceful location. We are close to Castle Howard, Yorkshire Lavender and many other wonderful places to visit. Fabulous for keen walkers and popular area for cyclists.

Top O'Thill offers the best views of the valley from the huge floor to ceiling feature window. From this spacious modern apartment you will see the Calderdale Way which you can access from right outside your private entrance. There is lit patio area for your enjoyment with a luxury sauna. If you like the great outdoors then Top O'Thill, at 1000m above sea level, will make you feel on top of the world. We have a well furnished gym space if you still need to burn some more calories.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
