Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities. Extra Cushions .Salt & pepper pots. Crockery, cutlery,untensils, kettle,toaster and pans will still be provided.

HerdyView Lodge near Ullswater

HerdyView Lodge is situated in a peaceful location, overlooking rolling hills surrounded by nature on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Situated close to the market town of Penrith and Lake Ullswater it is in a perfect location for exploring the Lake District and the Eden Valley. Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Cedar Lodge in the Yorkshire Dales National Park

Come and experience our little bit of Eden. Our fully insulated Log cabin is situated within our private woodland with its own entrance and approx 1 acre of fenced woodland, about 5 miles west of Appleby. The Lodge is on our 50 acre smallholding so although it is on its own it is not isolated and is within 200m of our farmhouse. Well placed for walking or exploring the quiet Eden Valley, and the Pennines, The Lakes and The Yorkshire Dales are within 30 mins drive.
