Location next to village road doesn't bother those coming from cities and in return, you have a lake view and a natural sandy beach, where to follow northern day and year go by. Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Peaceful cottege with amazing view

I love my chalet, because the place is so beautiful and calm. Chalet have now new fireplace and new bathroom/sauna. Nature is all a around you. You can relax in chalet by hiking or in finish sauna or just spend time with your friends. Chalet is located about 70 km from Rovaniemi, near beautiful lake Vietonen. Chalet is is very good place travel for 4 persons family, couples and alone. The chalet is located at the top of a hill, there you can see far to lake.

The cottage is modern and cosy , very compact and located by the river Kemijoki. Amazing view to river and safe private beach for kids to play and swim. Big terrace and barbeque area gives for your staying more value. The interior of the cabin is decorated with Finnish design classics, and it is very cozy with all the household equipment needed. The price includes linen and towels. Suitable for families and group of friends.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
