Close to Gerovassiliou (wine house), airport (15min), boat to the city centre in summer (45min). For a small fee we can pick you up from the airport.

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

Located in Lagonisi in Chalkidiki, our house “Apanema” offers guests an unforgettable holiday in a secluded, hidden paradise! Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Windy, Kukunari apartments and studios

A clean, sunny and close to the sea apartment is all that you need for your vacation.There are two bedrooms. The first one with a queen size bed and the second with two single beds. There is a kitchen that you can cook, a WC with shower and two huge balcony, each one connected to the other. The appartment has just been renovated with love and a feel like living on our own apartment.

Just 1-minute walk to the beach and with unique view of the sea and sunrise from the balcony. A very short walk away from the house is the Camping Kouyoni which has a super market, pool and bar. The central Gerakini Beach (Paralia) is located nearby, where you can find restaurants, taverns, bars, souvenir shops and super markets, go for a swim or just take a seaside walk.
