We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

The 1/4 mile of river frontage is registered as "Blue Ribbon" by the State. The cabin has a kitchen, dining room, living room with newer sofa sleeper, bathroom (new shower), bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, Huge Front deck, and fireplaces and fire pit. Ponds, canals, alpacas and a Llama, named Osama bin Lama.
