1 bedroom apartment is located across from Bass River Golf Course, and central to beaches, walking trails, Cape Cod Rail trail, kayaking, and wonderful restaurants. This former in-law-apartment, is attached to our home. We want to assure you that our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then sanitized to help protect our guests. Only 1/2 of a mile from Lewis Bay area's Englewood beach where you can lay in the sand, schedule sailing lessons, or launch your boat off of the public boat ramp. You will have full occupancy of the property (we will not be crashing your clam-bakes) but we are always 1 phone call away, and have a point of contact in the area for any help you may need.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

The Cape Cod Perch at West Dennis Beach Studio Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

Second level guest apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large walk-in closet and living room. Just about everything you need to feel at home. There is A/C in the bedroom and the living area is well vented and has a large ceiling fan. Two golf courses are within 3/4 of a mile, public access beach and boat ramp are within 1 mile. You will also find kayaking, bike trails, walking trails and many other Cape Cod amenities just a short drive away.
