Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

This accommodation is part of Sesuit Harbor House, an award winning, full service inn, close to the beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches including Mayflower Beach. We are a **small 1950s motel** in a tranquil setting. You drive up to your room. We offer breakfast, housekeeping, and have guest laundry and vending and ice. Every room has a frig, microwave, coffee and tea service, and bath amenities. We offer suites with kitchenettes but these you book directly with us. You have to be 21 to rent a room, we are no pet-friendly, and 100% non-smoking. There are places to smoke. Office is open 6am-10pm. You can check-in after, just let us know.
