This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. There is a small workstation setup for remote work in the living room with both WiFi and ethernet cable access and board games available for your entertainment. This country 5-acre setting has a 1 BR, 1 Bath 1,664 sq. ft. guest house that is filled with tons of natural light. Views of the Scholls Valley countryside, a gorgeous sky, manicured yards filled with multiple areas of lawns, abundant flowers, shrubs and trees. It is on a private dead-end road. Come to enjoy its peace and tranquility and also close by to multiple Wine tasting venues, the luxury Allison Inn and Spa, ocean beaches, and so much more!

Property is a 35-acre farm located between Newberg and Carlton on Highway 240 in the heart of Oregon's Pinot Noir wine country.
