Layered and soulful, visually rich, my farmhouse guest space is curated and character driven. The vibe is warm, with delicious bed linens, and comfortable beds. You'll experience the beauty of nature, the antics of our goats, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks, and quail, and the charm of downtown Newberg. Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

Welcome! The Cuvée Cottage will be your home away from home. We are located 2 blocks from downtown Carlton in the heart of Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The 1937 cottage was remodeled in 2019. We have kept a lot of its character while making it a cozy and comfortable space to relax in. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in wine country! Relax in comfortable queen beds in each room with private decks to enjoy the wines you’ve picked up from the day.

Rosemary place is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath single level home it has a great kitchen, living room and dining areas and full size washer/dryer its part of a triplex and is very private as it’s situated on the end and has dedicated/private driveway with parking for 2 cars. Super easy checkin and unloading your luggage is a breeze because it’s only about 3 steps and you are inside. Iconic Downtown McMinnville is literally 5 minutes walk!
