Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Big Bear Ranch House

Relax in a peaceful setting in the foothills outside of Yakima. Large great room to sit in front of gas stove after skiing, hiking, fishing or kayaking in the nearby rivers and mountains. Sit in the private hot tub, surrounded only by hills. A canal road out of the back for beautiful walks with your dog. Plenty of room for snowmobile trailers and turnaround. Private gated propertyshared with the Cub. Please Note: No smoking in the house or on the property. Eight guests is limit.

Mim's Place. Grandma's peaceful country home.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Welcome to the Pinehaus! Nestled amongst the woods, on almost 4 acres, this cabin was designed to be a luxurious oasis to relax and recharge, a one of a kind experience. The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.
