Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
