We just renovated, furnished, & decorated this amazing 150 sq. m. house on the 2nd floor in a boho style with relaxed colors and artistic paintings on the walls. It is located right across from the center of Chalkida in a quiet residential neighborhood and is fully equipped. This stylish, bright, and airy 150 sq. m house has verandas all around, 3 bedrooms, and a loft playroom/bedroom for 2 more people!

Ολοκαίνουριο πανέμορφο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πάρκινγκ μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο. Επίσης βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Χαλκίδας και το ΚΤΕΛ¨. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται υποκαταστήματα τραπεζών, ψησταριές, καφετέριες και super markets.
