Take a dip in the beautiful pool, kayak from your private beach or take a stroll to the many cafes and restaurants along Mooloolaba Esplanade. The unit also offers ducted A/C, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious king bed, Nespresso coffee machine, internal laundry, Weber BBQ, 2 Kayaks, and so much more.

Our home is situated on the canal & is eco-friendly generating our own power & water storage. We are fully fenced, which provides total privacy & security during your stay. The room has a garden view. You are welcome to sit & enjoy a coffee/wine on the patio overlooking the water.

Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
