Each additional guest over the 1st 2, will be charged $45/guest/Day. The private deck sits over the water. Easily look down main street of Petersburg Available for long term stays as well.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
