It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

You've never seen waterfront like this. Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

Quaint two bedroom house situated on a large country lot, fire pit, car port. Centrally located between Salisbury and the Beaches... Ocean City and Assateague Island. Distance to Ocean City and Assateague is about 20-30 minutes. The scenic route to Assateague will take you through Berlin, MD. A beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Centrally located between Chincoteague Island and Ocean City, MD. This pet friendly two bedroom apartment which offers laundry and a spacious kitchen is only steps away from Shad Landing state park and Public Landing. This ground level guesthouse apartment is located 200 feet from our main house is on an over 12 acre partially wooded parcel. Plenty of privacy and room for boat trailer parking.
