Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. The area offers vast countryside walks, woodland, Golf, quad biking and The Tarka trail, popular with cyclists and Hikers alike. After a day exploring, the site offers a truly special place to unwind.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
