This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. There was lots of sweat and love that went into every detail to make this home luxurious, comfortable and fresh. Who wouldn’t love a brand new home surrounded by garden, fruit, vegetables and nature. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

Spacious modern granny flat between city-beach

This large and bright flat is very quiet, you can enjoy your times here. It can be an ideal place for a family or a group of friends to stay here. Please select appropriate number of guests when booking. The city is 10 minutes away by car. With the bus 115, 117 or 118 it may take 15-20 minutes to get into the centre of Adelaide. The beach is a couple minutes drive from the house. Adelaide has the best beaches, Henley or Grange are just the closest ones. Shopping centres are walking distance.

This property includes spacious rooms, a large newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, roomy 7 seater dining area, and a lounge room that speaks space and comfort. Our home is equipped for families, couples, and single stays. Located directly next door to one of Adelaides most up and coming cafe's, our home is 10 mins to Adelaides CBD, 10 mins to SA's most popular Beaches and 5 mins walk to the queen Elizabeth hospital

Private self-contained, modern apartment

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

Beautiful room with comfy bed in great location.

Fabulous location. Very close to Adelaide Oval and the city centre. Train stops at the end of out road and it’s only two stops to the city station. Cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, Maccas, bottle shop, bus stops, train station are all in a short walking distance. The tram and Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Linear park, Plant 4, Welland Plaza and Arndale Shopping centre are all within walking distance of under 30 mins. We are friendly, easy going and keen to make you feel at home.

Laid-back, friendly and inviting

The house is located 4 km from the city and is easily reached by both the car and train. There are 2 major supermarkets nearby (5 minutes by car) which also include a post office, a pharmacy, hairdressers, Dan Murphy, a petrol station and more. A children's playground, local train station, a restaurant, retro shops and several cafes are just walking distance down the road. Two of Adelaide best beaches - Henley and Grange are 15 minutes by car. All guests are most welcome in my home.

You will be sharing some parts of the house with owner who has a bedroom downstairs. You will have your own bedroom with lock, bathroom with shower and toilet and lock, and upstairs living area. The house has a kitchen downstairs you may access and use. Recovery and LGBTIQA+ friendly so you'll keep coming back ;o)
