Welcome to Evanston! Our historical mini mansion is your historical mini mansion. This listing is for the attic bedroom and a full, detached private bathroom. Queen bed, twin bed, loveseat, chair, TV, desk, mini fridge, microwave in bedroom; tub/shower combo in bathroom. Washer/dryer, full 24/7 access to kitchen. Must climb stairs. We will be out of town during your stay so you will have the house to yourselves. Please make yourself at home :)
