Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Our cabin is located in the stunning Catskills area of Neversink, NY. A perfect hideaway to embrace a mountain visit, with modern conveniences. 2 acres of private, park-like land, that’s incredibly zen and encourages wandering. A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin is complete with a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

Simple, airy, studio cottage next to my house, featuring a woodstove & enormous bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Perfect for writers/solo-travelers seeking solitude & peace and couples wanting quality time together. The cottage is on a scenic country road, walking distance to 3 farms, including 2 great farm-to-table restaurants: Westwind Pizza/Apple Orchard, Arrowood Brewery, & Hollengold Farm. A stone's throw are Stonehill Barn and Inness. 15 min drive to the incomparable Minnewaska State Park.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. The Mill House: An Enchanting Stream-Side Retreat

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to the perfect fall retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. This historic gem underwent a recent restoration, marrying its saw mill heritage with contemporary luxuries, including a Nest thermostat, smart speakers, keyless entry, and fast wifi. Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Outlier Inn Tiny House 1 on Farm Upstate Catskills

Tiny House 1 is a year-round rustic cabin made from locally hewn rough cut lumber. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and a single day bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. There is a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a deck with an outdoor dining table. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Tiny House 1 guests can also enjoy a private picnic table, firepit and charcoal grill.
