Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT. There is NO facility for EV charging. The closest charging points are in Anstey.
