Lounge with a woodburner, TV and pool table, well equipped kitchen with dining area, and lounge-dining area opening out onto patio and garden. 2 bedrooms downstairs, family room and small double room and bathroom with shower over large bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, king size and double, and shower room.
