The Grant House

This property is newly constructed for your enjoyment on the south end of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the kitchen with a double oven or enjoy grilling in the backyard. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire, hot tub or enjoy a movie on the 65” TV. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome.

This remote, spacious cabin is perfect for the sporting enthusiasts. It's located just off the Blue Ox ATV/snowmobile trail that runs from International Falls to Bemidji. It's located 5 miles from Northome which offers small town conveniences and hospitality. Looking to fish? Island lake only 3 miles, Upper Red Lake is 30 miles, Canadian border lakes about 75 miles plus MANY other great lakes nearby. The area also offers excellent hunting opportunities including grouse, bear and deer.

The deck provides a peaceful view of the woods; and the 3 season porch and loft den offer lovely places to relax and read. In the winter the wood stove provides a toasty ambiance.
