Fully enclosed awesome outdoor shower! Beautiful outdoor lounge area. Natural gas firepit. 2 guests max only. No pets, no children, no exceptions.

Detached Studio Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

This studio is located above our detached garage, with a separate alley parking space and entrance. The garage is not used for parking so noise is kept to a minimum for our guests. Our home is on a quiet street in a safe area on the edge of town, with a nice park and playground a block away, 10 minute walk from Dixon May Fair fairgrounds.
