This tiny home was lovingly designed by an artist during quarantine, and now you can step into her world! Enjoy the photo books, take a soak in the extra-deep tub, or gaze out the window up in the loft. This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Cozy house studio in Windsor Park

We lovingly call this guest house the doll house for its cute facade. It is located in our beautiful backyard, has its own keyless entry, is peacefully off the street, and beautiful natural light filters into the space throughout the day. The space is also designed with the traveler in mind, so its cozy, has a very comfortable queen size bed with lots of pillows, and full kitchen. A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local, fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

Tree house Bungalow

1948 remodeled home, modern, newly built upstairs guest studio located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This particular bungalow was built in 2015, has hardwood floors, central heat and air, air jet bath tub and tempurpedic mattress. One of the most beautiful details of the treehouse is our reclaimed wood. My husband was born and raised in Austin and has taken part in recyclying wood from old Austin homes and milling trees that have fallen only to repurpose the wood for our treehouse.
